INGREDIENTS:

  • 227 gr mesclun salad
  • 114 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 227 gr jarred cannellini beans
  • 227 gr jarred borlotti6 oz garbanzo
  • 57 gr artichokes in olive oil
  • 14 gr red onion
  • 114 gr lemon dressing (whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the lemon dressing, garnish with a cured artichoke cut into 4 wedges and serve.
