Make your own Italian dish

SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 227 gr mesclun salad
  • 28 gr red onion
  • 114 gr green beans
  • 4 boiled eggs cut into 6 slices
  • 227 gr albacore tuna
  • 227 gr boiled, sliced red potatoes
  • 255 gr sliced tomatoes
  • 114 gr lemon dressing (whisk together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper)

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the tomatoes, eggs, and tuna. Add the lemon dressing, arrange the egg slices, tomatoes and tuna on top, and serve with a squeeze of lemon dressing.
