SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 454 gr sliced tomatoes
  • 57 gr celery cut into thin diagonal slices
  • 28 gr red onion
  • 255 gr sliced cucumbers
  • 43 gr Kalamata olives
  • 114 gr romaine lettuce
  • 114 gr croutons
  • 114 gr balsamic vinegar dressing
  • 57 gr crumbled goat cheese
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cheese. Add the balsamic vinegar dressing, garnish with the crumbled cheese and serve.
