Make your own Italian dish

RUSPANTE SALAD
(FREE-RANGE CHICKEN)

SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 227 gr mesclun salad
  • 255 gr Granny Smith apples
  • 114 gr walnuts
  • 114 gr crostini
  • 340 gr grilled chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 114 gr honey mustard
  • 57 gr Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 Roma tomato cut into thirds
  • Extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Grill the chicken with rosemary. Cut into bite-size pieces, put it in a bowl and mix it well with all the other ingredients, except the tomatoes. Add the mustard dressing and serve garnished with the three slices of tomato.
