INSALATONA AL TONNO

SERVES 4 PEOPLE

  • 227 gr mesculin greens
  • 114 gr Roma tomatoes
  • 227 gr cannellini beans
  • 227 gr borlotti beans
  • 170 gr garbanzo beans
  • 114 gr lemon dressing
  • 28 gr red onions
  • 454 gr ahi tuna

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except tuna. Sear the ahi tuna with salt and pepper and then add it on top of salad. Dress and serve.
