Make your own Italian dish

FUSILLI ALLA PUTTANESCA

SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 gr wholegrain fusilli
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 680 gr tomatosauce
  • 28 gr capers
  • 2 onions
  • 28 gr green olives
  • 28 gr black olives
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:

In a nonstick pan, brown the garlic, then add the capers and olives and cook for a few minutes. Add the tomato sauce and chili powder. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes over medium heat. Cook the pasta in salted water until “al dente” and drain. Then add it to the sauce and toss for a minute. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
