Make your own Italian dish

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons canoliva
  • 9.5 gr Garlic
  • 380 gr red onions
  • 260 gr tomato can
  • 760 gr roma tomatoes,
  • 20 gr basil
  • 2.5 liters of Veggy stock
  • oregano fresh
  • salt
  • parsley
  • blacck papper

DIRECTIONS: 

In a large soup pan cook the garlic, onions with canoliva oil until translucent; Add chopped  tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes; Add chopped fresh tomatoes and cook for 5 more minutes; Add salt, pepper, and herbs and cook for 3 more minutes; Add warm vegetable stock; When start to boil, let It simmer for 30 minutes; Add the EVOO and turn off the fire.
