Make your own Italian dish

PIZZA CAPRICCIOSA

1 PIZZA

Basic pizza dough (can be used for all pizzas)

INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA CAPRICCIOSA TOPPING:

  • 5 tablespoons tomato purée
  • 57 gr fresh cubed mozzarella
  • 8.5 gr artichoke in olive oil
  • 28 gr beef ham (sliced by hand)
  • 14 gr sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ½ tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Roll out the pizza with your hands, or with the help of a rolling pin, until the dough is thin. If you are using a baking pan to bake the pizza, you need to grease it with a little oil before adding the dough. Cover the pizza with the tomato sauce and mozzarella, and then add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 500º F for 7-10 minutes until the crust becomes golden brown. Once pulled out of the oven, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
